Sveta Nedilja

Sveta Nedilja, a village some 12 km east of city of Hvar, is situated on steep and sunny slopes of the island. It is an excellent spot for growing vine-trees, so the place is known for its wine making. The new tourist village Sveta Nedjelja is beneath the old village of Sveta Nedilja.

The patron of Sveta Nedjelja is St. Spiridon the bishop, celebrated on 14th of December.
