Visiting untouched lagoons around Hvar plays a great role in enjoying your holidays. These can be reached by car, bicycle, or inspiring walks through the Mediterranean landscape. You can swim in almost every lagoon, which usually has restaurant or refreshment corner of some kind.
On the south side of Hvar are following lagoons:
- Mekićevica (2,5 km far)
- Milna (4 km far)
- Zaraće (6,5 km far)
- Dubovica (8 km far)
- Pišćena (8,5 km far)
There are beautiful Parja lagoons on the north side of the island (can be accessed only by boat). Jagodna, Lozna, Stiniva, Lučišće, and St. Anthony’s lagoon.
